    1. Service Guarantee
    We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no extra charge.
    2. Scheduling & Access
    Services are available by appointment only. Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are locked out, a lockout fee may apply.
    3. Arrival Window
    Our cleaning teams will arrive within a 1-hour window of the scheduled time due to traffic or job length variability.
    4. Supplies & Equipment
    We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your products, please notify us in advance and ensure they are safe and in working order.
    5. Payment Terms
    Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, checks, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a $25 late fee after 7 days.
    6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied for cancellations on the day of service or no-shows. When cancellation is done within 24 hours from the start of the service there will be a 25% fee upon the total agreed.
    7. Pets
    Please secure pets during service to ensure their safety and that of our team. We are not responsible for pet-related accidents while cleaning.
    8. Breakage & Damage
    We take great care in your home/business. In the rare event of damage, please notify us within 24 hours. We are insured and will assess and handle claims fairly and promptly.
    9. Confidentiality
    All client information is kept confidential. Our staff signs confidentiality agreements to protect your privacy.
    10. Health & Safety
    We do not clean bodily fluids, pet waste, mold, or hazardous materials. If we feel a space is unsafe, we reserve the right to refuse service.
    11. Staff Conduct
    Our team is professionally trained and background checked. Staff will treat your space with respect and maintain professionalism at all times.
    12. Tipping
    Tips are not required but always appreciated. You may tip in person or through our payment system.
