We stand behind the quality of every clean. If any area falls short, notify us within 24 hours of service and we'll return to re-clean it at no extra charge — no questions asked.

Services are by appointment only. Please ensure our team has access to the property at the scheduled time (key, code, or someone present). If we're locked out, a lockout fee may apply to cover the wasted visit.

Our teams arrive within a 1-hour window of the scheduled time to account for traffic and job-length variability on prior appointments. We'll message you if we're running early or late.

We bring all necessary professional-grade supplies and equipment. If you'd prefer we use your own products, let us know in advance and confirm they're safe and in working condition.

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash, checks, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may incur a $25 late fee after 7 days.

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are billed 50% of the service cost; cancellations inside the 24-hour window are billed 25%.

For everyone's safety, please secure pets during the visit. We love animals, but we can't be responsible for pet-related accidents or escapes while our team is working.

We treat your home or business with care. In the rare event something is damaged, report it within 24 hours — we're fully insured and will assess and resolve valid claims fairly and promptly.

Joyful Cleaning Services Corp. is licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement of the specific item affected, up to our policy's coverage limits.

Your information stays private. Every team member signs a confidentiality agreement, and details about your home or business are never shared outside of scheduling and service needs.

For safety reasons, we do not clean bodily fluids, pet waste, mold, or hazardous materials. Our team may decline or pause service if a space is deemed unsafe to work in.

In cases of severe weather, road closures or other events beyond our control, we'll contact you as early as possible to reschedule at no penalty to either side.

We don't offer cash refunds for completed services, but we always make it right — a re-clean, service credit, or adjustment — whenever a visit doesn't meet our standard.

Our team is professionally trained and background-checked, and treats your space and privacy with respect and professionalism at every visit.

Tips are never required but always appreciated — feel free to tip in person or through our payment system.
